I decided that I'm going to use the Vanilla Voice Expansion to make a PC only version of this mod. It's good practice for me to learn. XD She won't sing songs, but I can make her an instrument-only bard. I love the idea of being able to go up to her and request songs, but I think some people want Khajiit voices. When I'm finished I'll have both versions available in case anyone wants the "vocal trained" version. Ha ha!
Hello Laz, downloaded her and when I found her no eye color just empty void, the only eye mod I have is for a khajiit vamp eyes. may wish to look into it. but she does look great like to see a variance in the fur design and colors.
hello i would like to inform you that the chests in the riverwood inn are safe when you marry K'tarria and choose to live with her, i only tested the one chest in delphine's room but i'm sure all of them are safe, i will test all of them when i get the time, possibly tonight
Tracking, I actually have some similar plans, but instead of adding my own followers, one goal i have is to make better use of limited Npcs and improve some vanilla followers. I'm actually working on Shahvee and making some miracle with the vanilla Dialogue voice, and later, make a quest where you can spare Shavari and get her as a follower. i do like your ideia, but the voice is the only thing that kinda break my perception. if i could suggest, you could do something like Lurbuk where he plays, but does not sing. i'm a aprentice on CK, so would you mind if i did send you some works to avaliate if you have time?

I wanted to make this mod simple so I can use her on the PS4 (so no outside assets), but I am considering making a fancier version for the PC! I haven't played with that mod much. Do you know if it has any singing voice for a female Khajiit so my little bard can sing ballads with a khajiit accent? Or just follower and marriage dialogue?

I don't know if any such voice files exist for the original voice actor of the FemaleKhajiit voice-type, but a quick look into the VVE files, description and comments thread didn't turn up anything that looks like bard songs.
As you have mentioned in your sticky post, using the FemaleKhajiit voice-type will likely result in a bard that doesn't sing. Though if you haven't contacted the author of VVE yet I would suggest doing so. Maybe we are lucky and they know of such voice files.
