   So the spell would Freeze the target 100% of the time eh? that seems OP. you could just spam it and kill everything. do NPC's have this spell as well? because that would be bad if a mage used this spell on you and eventually killed you with it and you can't do anything to defend yourself. which is, lame. :/ it really should be 50% chance to freeze and have a high mana cost, Master spell.

      High mana cost yes, but idk about master spell...
      
      Besides, ice-magic is under powered atm, this would be a good addition. Yeah, you could make some NPCs have it.

      Help "Ice barrage" ;to bring up the ID
      
      Then:
      
      Player.addspell ID
      
      Try help "icebarrage"
      
      Or help "icestorm" may bring it up

   do you think of an effect like in the old dungeon siege games ? creatures freezing to real ice blocks for a given time ? this would be great!
