Open console (clicking the button left to the number 1 and below the Esc button) and use the following commands while having the NPC selected (clicking on the NPC until you see a number in the top of the console middle). Press enter at the end of each line for them to take effect:

In that order. I would try to avoid the second command if possible. Try to ask to marry with the first command used, and if fails go for the second. It should work with ANY non-hostile npc of the game, included those added by a mod like this, but just in case, save before using the first command, and try to give 10 in-game days for refreshing. Also use these commands if you see some odd behaviour before giving up for a loss:
disable
enable
resetai
These commands will enforce an NPC to reset entirely without creating copies, changing instances, losing their inventories, or forcibly taking out of routines, idles or interactions. They will briefly disappear (de-render), and will re-render once you close the console, in which moment they will complete the action they had been doing IF PART OF THEIR ROUTINES, while taking any action in queu out of the line, effectively resetting them once their next action start, or if no action is queued, in the moment that you close the console. To make it safer, just let any NPC that you reset complete their actions before trying to interact again with them.
IMPORTANT NOTE: don't use any of these commands with an NPC while in part of a quest. Wait until the quest is completed. For example, don't use them in Serana until you complete Dawnguard questline, and I mean until you actually speak with her before completing the quest and have waited 10 in-game days (she has a non-listed quest that continues briefly for 2 more dialogs before you complete Dawnguard main questline, one of which have to be in Fort Dawnguard. She may or may not start them herself, and you have no track of this quest), and if you have to, only disable/enable WITHOUT resetai to get a soft reset. You may not be noticing immediately, but you may actually break quests and/or future quest if you do.
Other examples include Aela, Arniel Gane or Saadia. Complete their quests first before hard-resetting them or changing their factions. In example, for Aela will mean a nearly sure constant CTD when you complete the Companions questline and her faction moves to be actually marriable, so the script will try to add a faction she is currently in, and will enter in a cycle. It may or not get out of the loop. It may say to her that she is new to the faction and she may return to the Companions hall and resume her non-married routine even though you are married to her. At that point, only reloading a save previously to use the command on her can actually solve things safely.
Remember that when you use the console, you actually change the game, so be cautious when using it, and check Google to know if it's safe to, checking if you have completed all quests that the NPC is involved in.
This is a very good likeness, great job and thank you! I tweaked her in Race Menu a little, I really love Pride of Valhalla skin I've uploaded a screenshot
i just checked the "friend activity" tab and you uploaded a nord version like a few minutes ago lol. want me to make a follower out of that one instead of the breton?
Really looking forward to this, I don't play female characters, but this will make an awesome replacer npc, Follower her! I'm thinking Tikrid or Mjoll atm.
Right now she'll just be a stand alone follower, not a face-replacer follower. There are tutorials you can use online that will allow you to put the head on any NPC of your choice, though!
Uploaded some pics after a little tweaking with quick dirty edits. Had to replace body and textures to fit into my game, really happy with how she turned out, but I Don't think she likes me bwahaha.
This looks really well done, way better than the other versions of her that have popped up. I do have to say though the crucifix earrings are an odd choice for her.
xD I had those on because I was testing her face out on a character of mine and didn't realize they were in the photos. Yeah, it's not her at all, but just imagine she raided a village and took them as a reward!

Thanks for the compliment!
