    Definitely interested in a version with changeable prices, which will allow far more users to integrate this mod into whatever economy setup they've put together.

    People just have too many different and variable setups for a fixed-price, fixed amount mod to work.

    The increase in quantity seems fair. But if you have so many of then the price should be low.

      I hear what you're saying which is why I recommended making the dragons OP. It took me over a hour of deaths and trials and errors just to kill the first dragon of the game. In my version it's high risk high reward, sure there's plenty of loot but a dragon fight usually gets you killed a lot. Besides "lot" is relative since dragons are finite so are the bones and scales and the simple idea of it coming from a living fire breathing dragon would justify the price.

      @Sneakyfox169,
      Or, you can simply reduce the price significantly to balance things. I agree that dragon bones and scales should be priced high, that's realistic. But to compromise with Skyrim's economy in which every merchant has limited amount of money, and you're practically the center of the world so it's not occasional you encounter someone or something far stronger than you (even if using difficulty mods, you'll still get stronger in the end) you should either increase the price but keep the amount low, or increase the amount but keep the price near to vanilla (increase it slightly but no more than 1000 per piece). This is surely not realistic, but this is how Skyrim world is.

      Just like combat mechanism (as comparison), i do love any combat mods to be designed toward realism. But the truth is that, if it's as real as in real life, then you'll get no fun from playing it anymore simply because Skyrim doesn't support such extremely realistic combat mechanism. That's why some bright modders (such as EnaiSiaion for example) try to make combat more realistic but still compromise it with Skyrim world, in order to keep the fun while being able to play it more realistically.

      Just consider this as a suggestion. The idea of this mod is good indeed. Btw, what dragon mods you're using to make them OP?

    It's a great idea, if the game has been balanced around it. My game is very difficult, Dragons are OP, crafting takes time (I have iNeed also) And I have worked on the general economy in game a lot! I have re-priced the bones, but still, only a the vanilla drop is available, I leave that how it is, as I always see the bones as "choice cuts" Like not all of the dragon skeleton has the density to craft weapons, or have a "magical" property.

    I'd say balance the price to be about 20% of the price for dragonbone or dragon scale armor. Makes no sense for a single material to be more expensive than the good stuff you can make it into.

    I'm interested, but could this conflict with hunterborn?

      It should not. Hunterborn doesn't change any vanilla records. Instead, it adds more things, so it should work together.
