Nice little mod! I'm not actually going to use it the way you designed it (in-game tweaking), but I was trying to find out how to adjust those sunlight damage TODs as well and opening up your mod in TES5Edit helped me a lot I've made my own ENB that will use custom climate timings as well so I'm going to permanently include the condition fixes in my plugin.
Heck, even vanilla settings don't make sense at all haha!
And just FYI, your VampireSunDamage3 record overwrites and negates some Update.esm (and same USLEEP) fixes regarding base cost and effect regeneration values. You should update and carry the fixes

however i was also looking for a mod that actually makes vampires take real sun damage for all vampire npcs. and i still cannot find that mod.
