   XPMSE contains a Giant's skeleton. I'm hesitant to overwrite things from such an important mod...

      It's only an issue if you use its features for the giants. Big, long features. I have XPMSE but not the giants add on and it works fine.

      I don't even know what features XPMSE offers for Giants. I just always assumed it's more better
      Anyhoo, I'll give your mod a try. The taller they stand, the harder they fall. Right?

      Yeah, but you have to do it manually. I did it for you and made it an optional file. But if there's any other mod that edits the skeleton, just put in the restitution values and ragdoll restraints from my mod into theirs.
