-Changed charcoal collected from dead campfires from charcoal stick (00033760) to charcoal piece (000BFB09)
-Added wood texture for new campfires so they don't use the default burnt wood texture
-Changed terrain checker and empty cookpot to use NullTextureSet so external meshes and textures are no longer required
-Fixed bug where cookpots could be "removed" from the campfire after they had already been removed, allowing duplication of cookpots
-Externalised map marker and no firewood error messages to make them easier to edit/translate
-Added locked placement error message
-Moved placement locking function to earlier in placement event to prevent rapid clicking of an inventory item from bypassing it
-Added menu lock while scripts are running to prevent duplicate options being chosen by the player
-Changed value and weight of firewood to a more reasonable value to match many other mods that already do this
-Blocked dynamic things from replacing clutter items, which was preventing them from being removed when the tent was packed away
