If you don't have ApachiiSkyhairFemale Elsa will still have her hair style however the shaved skin cap underneath will not be there so the shaved part will appear bald.
You've misnamed facetint folder and her facetint instead of going to Skyrim's "facetint" folder is placed in a separate "Face Tint" one. Easy to fix by the players themselves but it might be a good idea to correct that. Nice follower though! Her hairstyle suits her perfectly. Endorsed.
Thank you so much! I was tearing my own hair out trying to figure that one out. I do have a question, in my Skyrim data folder and it's spelled with caps "FaceTint" I fixed the space making it one word however do the caps matter?
I'm not exactly sure but my guess would be that it shouldn't matter. It was the space that (IMO) screwed it up. But why take chances? It's a good policy to name your folders exactly how they're named in your Skyrim's install folder.
Yes, XP32 is installed. The funny thing is, NMM says that apachii hair is installed, but your mod says it isn't. I thought I needed to reinstall apachii, so I did, but I get the same ctd. So I un-installed and re-installed both is various orders. I'm going to re-download the 0.3 version and see if that makes a difference. I'll post here either way.
Ok so after much un and re installing, I still have the same problem. NMM says that I am missing apachiihairfemales.esm I have reinstalled apachii and still get the same message.
So it turns out that the Apachiiskyhair mod, Full version, does not install the apachiihairfemales.esm file. For that you need the Apachiiskyhairfemale v1.5. Once I installed that, no problems.
All that being said, I'll give her a good look once I have a bit more time, but from the little of her that I've seen so far, she looks good.
Very nice...but...you need to make the face the same color as the rest of the body! She is at a level one when I found her and she stayed that way till I "forced" her to my level. She has no perks or spells and her starting stats or low. One would need AFT or the like to raise her ability to at least usable stats. One she is properly set up and given good higher end equipment she can handle a sword and bow with good effect!

Just uploaded a new version of Elsa with perks and spells, higher level so she will be more useful. As for her head tent you'll have to let me know if I fix it.
The strange thing is every time I regenerated that (82kb) file is all it gives me so I tried an alternate file which should be the one right. Let me know if it worked and my bad about all this.
