   im finally getting around to completely redoing my skyrim load order (fresh install and all that.) planning on using this as one of my main houses, had it bookmarked for like a year....... love all the morrowind vibe mods, thank you for this one. <3

   Thanks, but could you add a vanilla location for it please? I've always liked the idea of smaller, more modest and realistic player homes.

   Thank you, I'm going to try this out tonight. Solstheim and all the DLC new lands areas need more player homes.

   I first looked at the images and my immediate thought was... "That looks A LOT like...."
   Then, I read the description, which confirmed my reaction.
   
   Great job! Since I'm still slowly building my install, I'll put this on Tracking for now, but it looks as though it would be an excellent base, once my character makes it to Solstheim.

   This seems like such a cozy little place! Fantastic job building it! ^^) I'll definitely track it and consider it for my Solstheim playthrough.
