It's similar yes, same eyesbrows and hair, but not eyes. Basically same facial structures. Since I made my first preset in Skyrim Special Edition 2 months ago, I modeled it after Kalilies (The author of KS Hairdo's) red haired girl named Izabella. It might be that this Russian person made it after Kalilies' Izabella as well.
