can someone give me a hand please? I spawn 10 stormcloaks then 10 imperials right next to them, they appear but dont even fight at all. I've tried everything I could think of but they just wont fight!
Please can someone help! I really want to use this mod but its starting to tick me off that they wont fight
Can someone help? I followed your installation and copied files into data folder but I still can't get any of them to work. I type in "Bat Giant" or "Bat Falmer" for example and I get an error message of "script command not found" or unexpected end of line. I have no idea what to do???
Download the manual file and then extract to your desktop. Cut or copy and paste the extracted files into your Skyrim data folder. Restart Skyrim. The commands should now work. Hope this helps. Hope you enjoy some epic battles!
Sweet mod! To install, download manual file and then extract it using a zip utility to your desktop. Then copy the files in the data folder into your Skyrim folder. Then, when you are are in the game use the script commands to summon the army you want! Totally epic and sweet! Thank you! This is exactly what i was looking for!
PS: I cleared out the Thalmor Embassy using this mod by spawning imperial legions and using the unlock script to unlock the Thalmor Embassy doors! So, the Imperials have finally kicked out the Thalmor thanks to this mod! I left the legions at the embassy to ensure the Thalmor did not return! Muahahaha!
Ok now, after fulling testing this mod for myself, I can safely say that it is awsome. SO much carnage between stormcloaks and Imperials was done because of this mod lol
BUT, only if you know how to set it up correctly. It took me quite some time to figure it out at first because there really isn't a good explanation anywhere that I could find. So, if its alright, I'll see if I can help with that.
First, open the read me for this mod. It should be a .txt file. (you could just open a .txt file yourself. This is just what I did) Select new from the file drop down, and type;
player.placeatme <ID#> <amount>
player.placeatme <ID#> <amount>
player.placeatme <ID#> <amount>
Replace the "<ID#>" and the "<amount>" (preferably only up to 5 total per faction) with what ever you want, then save it to your Skyrim/data directory and name it what the mod's author said. (i.e. bat imperial or whatever)
I find that it works best for me, especially when it only spawns no more than 5 or so NPCs. (tho, you can still do whatever you want)
Anyway, I hope its alright I said this here. I just wanted to help in case some people were having issues getting it set up like I was.
Also, one last (side) note, I dont know if its just me, but the IDs in the read me seem to sometimes spawn things other than whats listed on it.(i.e. trying to spawn draugr, but it spawns mages instead) I actually just used the IDs from the Skyrim wiki
Anyway, this mod has A LOT of promise. Its really fun to watch two sides or more square it off against each other, and you can also get some free loot as well from the corpses.
I haven't used this mod yet but I believe the reason for what you described is because, by default, the AI only works 10 actors at a time in the same cell. There are other mods out there to increase that number. I saw one to increase it to 100.
oh, yeah. one more thing. if you already selected another item just type in 'help (the item's name) 4' to find the object's id and you can manually spawn him/her. both methods also works on NPCs. not only dead bodies/items.
@assassin9500 if you accidentally removed an item, you can just quickly enter the command 'enable' before selecting another item. perhaps you should add this to the description.
