I'm really glad people are enjoying the home!

There is a Skyrim: Special Edition version now out for those who are interested.

    Live long and prosper!

I have searched and searched and SEARCHED for the perfect mod home and I have FINALLY found it. I absolutely love it. There are only three or four things I would change/update/improve:

    1) it’s super dark. BUT maybe I need to install a lighting mod and that’s totally fine.

    2) I agree with the other comment that mentioned the bookshelves in the stellarium. I would use more shelves if possible.

    3) A mannequin room would be DOPE. I’m a weirdo and like to collect the outfits of my interesting kills hahahahahaha. The only mod that seems to have a lot of them is dragons blood castle. Even if the dark pass was lined with mannequins, that would be cool. Just a suggestion.

    4) more displays for unique items. Not sure if I just can’t find it, or if it doesn’t exist past the one wall. But it would be cool to be able to display thieves guild stuff, nightingale armor, the weapons you get for being a thane, the lexicon, the insect jars, etc. I really admire the amount of unique displays  Eastmarch Manor, for context.

thanks for making my new favorite mod. even if you never changed it, it’s still great!

Oh, I think I finally found home for one of my characters. This home is amazing. Just the right size, without being too big, and still feeling homey, with all needed facilities.

The only thing I would maybe change are bookcases in stellarium. I'd probably change them into bookshelves, purely for the satisfaction of having all my books out front, and giving it real library feel.

Finally found the perfect home for my Dovah. Thank you!
Though I am experiencing some lags in certain spots like in the bedroom and mage room (it's most likely my fault since I have a potato pc)
But srsly thank you for this. Endorsed!

I’m so looking forward to using this house as an endgame home, but I’m having a weird issue where I download the mod via MO, it’s checked, the plugin is listed as active, and when I go ingame the place is nowhere to be found. I’m looking at the same map location in the picture, but it isn’t there. When I use the SkyUi feature to search for locations, Niflholm doesn’t appear.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mod, but it doesn’t want to show up in my game. Any idea why this is happening? The mod looks amazing and I really want to give it a shot

The marker isn't set to be visible from the start, you need to actually travel to the house to have the marker added to your map for fast travel.

Alternatively, you could go into the CK and edit the marker yourself, or you could use the Console Command "TMM 1" to add all map markers to your map

So is there a mod I need to get my children to move into the house? Because it's not coming up on the list of options :/ Otherwise I love the house, it's wonderful! XD

For that to happen with a custom house mod, you'll need a nice little mod called My Home is Your Home.

Didn't work for me. It only mentions followers. I'll look around, worst case scenario I'll have to get a mod which has my child as a follower too.

I'm surprised to hear that. It works for me just fine, and with other mods, too. How odd. I wish you luck finding a solution!

Dude you need Hearthfire multiple adoptions to do so.

I usually hate castle mods... Or really any large home. But this is gorgeous. Yet another lived in feel. Why aren't your mods in the tops?!?!?!?! You have a serious gift. Downloaded and endorsed.

For some reason I thought the house was somewhere in the Reach or closer to Markarth (when I last viewed this home awhile ago), until I looked at the map on the main page... just now, hah. I'm currently looking for a new place to live in and this crossed my mind again. First and foremost, it's definitely a diamond, especially now that I know the exact location and the fact that it fits well with my favorite mod, SeaPoint Settlement + plus Elianora's vacation resort ship, it does go well with this. Awesome and amazing job on this!
