Hey everyone Simdrew1993 here, I understand there was a recent issue with the armguards becoming purple and textureless. Well I believe it is now resolved they should be better now and working again, it was most likely a path issue with Nifskope which was linked to my Link follower's equipment file instead of the original clothes file location. I've reworked it and it should be all good to go now. Let me know if there is anything else you need, or any other problems to report. Hopefully there won't be any more. If you downloaded this then have fun! You'll need to either use console commands or the additemmenu mod to give you the gear. Note: They cannot be obtained any other way besides console commands or the additem menu mod, perhaps in the future I may update it and make them craftable or put them in a chest, maybe. But for now this is how to obtain them! Type "help Link" without parentheses to get them then player.additem and the codes of what you want.
Are this armor female compatible? at least the hat? also Would you make one for female (like genderbend Link, NOT linkle armor) I know this an old mod but I really like your armors and since I can just convert to SE I just need the female option, and form there I can try to adapt it to BHUNP
Why in the world would you make them light armor and not give them an armor value other than zero and no ability to upgrade? Makes absolutely no sense. They look great but with no armor value there is no point in wearing them and getting one shotted trying to roleplay as Link.
And how exactly do I add these items(mainly the hair) to my inventory?(Edit nvm I figured it out BUT I need info on how to upgrade this armor please...)
You need this mod in order to just add them to your inventory: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/64905 Personally I recommend this mod because of its simplicity and it allows you to add custom clothes to your inventory at a whim. Or you could use the tilde key (console commands ~ and type - help Link, Then you'll see them.. you'd type in player.additem and then the codes and they will be in your inventory. I may add them as craftable or put them in the game in a chest someday as an update but as of now that's how you get them. Hope that helps!
The clothes are a copy of the "Legend of Zelda - Hero's Tunic" mod. The hat is a copy of the mod "The Legend of Zelda Skyrim".
But, I appreciate that the pants are white and not brown. I never liked the look of fake hair ... I would have preferred something that looks like the mod "ApachiiSkyHair - hair + helmet", but it's good to have a shade of blonde, unlike the hat of the mod "The Legend of Zelda Skyrim".
I have a problem: I do not have the texture of the Braces that appear purple ... is it a bug, or forgetfulness or the problem comes from me?
Siouxboy - No, not exactly.. they are not a copy, a copy would be the exact thing. Mine are different, they are standalone recolors so they don't interfere with the original mods the original mod for the tunic is here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/2588/ And the Legend of Zelda - Hero's Tunic" mod is actually a standalone revision of the Link from Legend of Zelda mod just like mine is. I started mine long before they did though actually was like a few years ago 2014 maybe.. can't remember. And I'm just now uploading it lol. So yeah I'm just now uploading my version of the tunics, mine has a different shade of green like a dark forest sage with enhanced gold on the chainmail. The original creators are fine with me making my own variants so it's fine. Was gonna make colored versions myself like Red and Blue but since the mod author who made Legend of Zelda - Hero's Tunic mod already made different colors I suppose I no longer need to.
I'm glad you like it! Personally I think the white looks better myself more options are always better, and yeah ApachiiSkyHair - hair + helmet's a good mod but I suppose this is the next best thing, even though technically it's just a hat lol.. shhh you can still pretend. Still some hair goes good with the hat like say you unequip it. The Apachii hair I use is good enough. I still like the idea the hair is attached to the hat, it's like you equip it and you changed your hairstyle I like to believe, makes it unique so gotta applaud the original creators for their hard work nevertheless.
Uh oh, hmm sounds like a Nif linking issue, I'll work on a fix! Odd it was all linked together before.. Was this with Link or Dark Link's?
