Can't you have a merchant sell the house in Riften or something? I really don't like how all these house mods make them immediately available especially for immersive and RP purposes.
I'm using this in normal Skyrim, the only issue i see is that Grosta doesn't come out of her house, easy fix though, just enter her house and exit and she comes out, other than that, works seamlessly, awesome little hut.
I love this little home, its perfect for my ranger character on SSE, so I converted it just for that. Its a shame it has no stable on it like the Falskaar one but other than that a fantastic, cozy home with lots of detail. Very underrated and should have more endorsements.

That's a shame, I did try to move your Falskaar one into skyrim but a simple copy paste didn't work for me, but saying that I don't have the experience most do with the CK. I didn't really give it any thought uploading it to be honest, I can do if you like, or I could simply send you the files to do it yourself. I'm still loving the house ether way.

Could this very same hut also be made as a player home in the Falskaar DLC mod? I love Falskaar but the only player home in that dlc/map is a bit lame. Its not cozy or warm feeling. A small home close to Amber creek like this would be just mind blowing. I want to live in Falskaar but so far the home the jarl eventually lets you have is...meh.
Love this house. One thing though, I like to play a hunter-gathered type character and make a living that way and i would like this house to be in the open world cell. Could you possibly upload a version without a loading screen?
I'm glad you like it Unfortunately the model of the house does not have an open entrance through which you could go inside, so I had to add a load door that teleports you into a new cell. I like your idea, but I don't know how to edit a mesh with Blender or a similiar program :/
