It is just Sheogorath's clothes. You can find it within the QAsmoke area ingame. Note that it is male only clothing. You can get there via the console command "coc qasmoke"
How would one install this for only a single profile in Mod Organizer? Cause I don't intend on installing any mods manually unless they can be limited to a single profile. It's also kinda why I don't use ENB mods.
You can only install a preset manually. There is no way to install it via a mod organizer or manager.
These are the steps you must follow. It is easier than you think, and uninstalling is perfectly save too:
1. Make sure you have the required mods installed! (and SKSE)
2. Download my mod manually
3. Drag the file to your Skyrim folder and then: Data/SKSE/PlugIns/CharGen/Presets In order to make the "CharGen" file appear, you need to save your own preset first.
4. Load your game or start a new one
5. Open console commands and type "showracemenu" (Unless you started a new game ofcourse)
edited : ok so I've tried your preset 1) it's a very good base to work on so thank you 2) would never have tought doing one without you thank you 3) works well for nords, imperials, bretons 4) the other races need a bit more work but they can give something more than acceptable (will upload a picture) I'm proud of my +-60min of tweaks on a dunmer who now looks like botched plastic surgery rooooffffflll

For the elven version, there is a optional file.
