   It was a whole lot of fun playing with horns, they'd poke through the hood.

   I have the same problem. I got the file into my data folder, but I cannot access the horns in the game.

   Maybe it's just me being a noob, but I tried installing this through NMM, and I tried installing it into the skyrim folder itself. Neither seem to work, anyone having this same problem?
