SPOILERS for those who want to experience the story the quickest possible way SPOILERS
After receiving the crown at the initial quest in Bleak Falls, you need to talk to the Khan.
After reaching level 10 minimum, talk to the Khan to begin the second quest.
After reaching level 13 minimum, go to the road outside of Winterhold and it should trigger the 3rd quest.
After Quest 3, talk to the Khan to trigger the next Quest.
After Completing the 4th quest the fifth one is started by an NPC which waits for the player near the stables and the North gate of Riften.
