After trying out nearly every "waterwalking" mod on the Nexus, I have to say this is the most complete of them all. Covers everything from mages to consumables, I like the fact that the boots can be disenchanted, use the Alteration magic effect icon, and can be placed on all 3 classes of boots, Cloth, Light and Heavy armors. Much like the Muffle enchantment this will only be able to be placed on boots, but I think that's the best choice for the effect anyway. Endorsed.
Dear NewVegasVaultboy, Thank you for your mod! I haven't tried it yet; could you please tell me, what is the duration of the effect for the spell, scroll and potion? What is the magica cost for the spell? Does it cost per second or for some time? Can the boots be disenchanted?
