DIVERSE SKYRIM - README

INSTALLATION

- Ensure you have the required master files. DIVERSE SKYRIM requires all DLC and USLEEP. The addon for Immersive Patrols additionally requires... Immersive Patrols. Duh.
- Simply download and install either manually or with your mod manager (recommended).
- Can be installed mid-playthrough.

UPDATING

- Sorting with LOOT and rebuilding your Bashed Patch after each update is recommended.
- Make a clean save. Instructions:

1. In game, go to an Interior location where you wouldn't find any NPC:s from the mod. For example: Any empty interior, an Inn, or your player home.
2. Save your game using the standard Save function (NOT Quicksave!).
3. Uninstall the old version of DIVERSE SKYRIM.
4. Load your game. Wait IRL for about 30 seconds.
5. Make another Save (NOT Quicksave!).
6. Install the new version of DIVERSE SKYRIM.
7. Sort with LOOT.
8. Rebuild your Bashed Patch.
DONE!

AFFECTED FACTIONS

- Dawnguard

Adds Wood Elf crossbowmen.

- Guards

Adds dozens of new Guards of different human (and only human) races to both Stormcloak and Legion controlled cities. Nords are the clear majority in both, but Legion controlled cities have noticeably more diverse Guard forces.

- Hunters

Adds around two dozen new NPC:s, including Orcs and Argonians.

- Imperial Legion

Adds several dozen new NPC:s, including female Legionnaires, and rare Orcs, Wood Elves and Dark Elves. All legionnaires are clean shaven or have at most a few days worth of stubble.

- Stormcloaks

Adds several dozen new NPC:s, including very rare Redguards Imperials and Bretons. Most males sport facial hair for extra distinguishment from the clean shaven Romanesque Imperial Legion and many have blue warpaint.

- Vampires

Added several dozen of new NPC:s. These are of all races, prevalence based on how common the race are in Skyrim and affinity for Magic. For example: Wood Elves are the rarest because of their strong resistance to disease, Khajiit are rare and only exist as lower level Vampires, Nords are middling just because they're native, High Elves are the most common, especially as higher level Vampires due to their affinity for Magic and greedy ambition.

See detailed examples under section 3!

- Vigilants of Stendarr

Adds a few dozen new NPC:s, including Orcs, Dunmer and Wood Elves.

Warlocks

- Added a few dozen new NPC:s, including rare Redguards, Argonians, Orcs, and Khajiit.
