To install:

1. Download Mod
2. Install and activate
a) Mod organizer:
download, install, activate then place it where you want in your load order.
NOTE: Check to make sure data is at top level!
b) Nexus Mod Manager
download and activate
3. Enjoy!


Uninstall:
1. Take your stored items out of the house
2. Make sure you are outside Kyne's Rest Interior and the Kynesgrove cell. (I'd go to Windhelm or into Braidwood Inn)
3. Fresh save, exit then deactivate the mod!
