      Bit late of a reply to this but you need to move the file G06loli_418blonde.jslot
      
      Into SKSE\Plugins\Chargen\Preset it should then show up.

   How do I even change head size?

   You might want to rename your file since nexus mods don't like anything with 'loli' in it.

      this is news to me.. I don't think it really matters to Nexus admins but maybe it does.. idk.. Anyway very nice preset Snkxe... endorsed..

   I agree with the comment bellow. Also "lolis" don't look like women in their late teens-early 20s. Just having a young looking face doesn't count. Just call her young woman.
