Nice mod, ...are you intend to make more changes? You could make a map like in psijic spell mod where you get on the map and then where you point target crosshair and cast spell you teleport there. I love this mod, thank you.
Skyrim isn't an MMO or even online at all. The only gaming experience you can "ruin" is your own.
I personally always welcome tools like this that make it easy to test things out for specific needs. As VanScythe mentioned below, cell IDs can be a pain to remember (some locations follow a patern like RiverwoodSleepingGiantInn, but not all do). You don't need any mod at all to cheat as you can already do that with the console (which I think is an indispensable tool; see also: other Beth games, Torchlight, Medieval, etc).
Some cells are easy, but many others make no sense. Some even have numbers associated with them, interiors, exteriors, individual room locations (like in Blackreach)... I've been waiting for a tool like this for a long time, so I can stop Alt-Tabbing out to get the correct cell references. It'll also aid in testing my perk overhaul, so I can stop using the console to test each individual skill and perk.
It's going to save some people a lot of time. As uggubs said, if people were going to cheat, they don't need an MCM menu to do that. Either way, it's their choice. Not our place to dictate whether or not they can or can't cheat in a single-player game.
id rather play clean ,most gamers know that so u do, this is a good mod, will download this soon if needed, mfg console mod is a goddam awesome mod if u dont know that
This seems like a great modder's tool. It's a pain memorizing all the different console commands (especially cell IDs), so I'll be using this extensively in testing. Mind if I poke around the scripts and fiddle with them, for personal use?
EDIT: I tried using Korean text (I assumed you're Korean, based on pics), but Nexus mess it up and turned it into a bunch of "?". Sorry.

Nothing said the mod was for use strictly for first time players, in which case this concern would be valid.

Especially when you deleted saves were you were lvl 76....
This is for me the most needed mod 5 ranking in Skyrim
