Adds a new spell to the game that will remove equipped items off of any person or creature it hits.

To add the spell, open your console and type:
player.addspell 02000D64
If it's not working, this was posted by Fallout3lover92:
The way the ID works is if you're using the mod loader look at the number to the right of the loaded mod. This is the same for all mods that add items. Instead of 02, put whatever number you see there next to the mods name. Hope this helps.
