Folks this is very poor work. The esp points to curaiss and glove meshes that are not included and the esp does not point to more than half of the meshes that are included. The boots are good models though so I went through and removed the HDT and converted just vanilla boots for SE. If anyone wants it just PM me.

I'm using Mod Organizer. I use LOOT to determine my load order. In the MO left pane I have your mod above UNPB Heel Collection, yet there are no conflicts between these two mods. There are no conflicts with your mod at all. None.
You have a wonderful concept, and I'm eager to incorporate it in my "must have" list of excellent mods. I hope that you can figure out what's not working.
The UNPB Heeled Collection is a mod created by the ArrowNKnee [ANK] team. I believe they are a Korean team.
I have been using this mod for a couple of years, at least. It only works with Weight 1 characters. Any character who is not weight 1 will have a "shoe explosion" if they wear one of these pairs of shoes. I suspect this is caused by a missing Weight 0 .nif.

When I mouse over the descriptions of your shoes and boots there is no image displayed, a sure-fire way of knowing that the textures aren't being read.
I put a pair of the iron boots on my character anyway and sure enough, they were invisible. I used the High Heel System MCM to add a custom height to the boots and my character popped up just as she should when doing this. So the meshes are working.
Please advise. I really, really, want to be able to use this really cool mod.
I just DLed v1.1 and activated it in my game. (I use Mod Organizer.) No joy. The textures are still not being read. The iron boots I chose to experiment with are invisible in-game.
I took a screen shot but can't upload it to this mod page. Also can't drop it into this message.
[Edit 1] I am also running the UNPB Heeled Collection and the sexy Armor Replacer in this load order. Those textures are not being overwritten by your mod. In fact, you mod does not overwrite anything in my load order.
[Edit 2] I just killed a female Forsworn bandit and looted her "black boots" because they looked like high-heeled sandals in-game. They were light-purple, the color we get when a texture is missing. So, this time a "clothing" mesh was being read. We're getting closer to a fix! :-)
