      A bit late for an answer to this but in case anyone else is wondering the answer is YES you can indeed loot the Armour

   Very challenging mod! I bring 8 followers with OP swords and bows and fight like crazy :p sometimes I lost, sometimes got crash, and sometime I win.
   Thanks for making this mod !
