   I installed the standalone version so I could also use the Light Refracting Glass Armors mod and I like how it turned out, but not all the textures worked right.

   Hello, excellent version of the glass armor.
   
   To improve it visually, I would remove the green spurs on the boots and gloves,
   
   It would also thin the gloves, so that they fit better with the rest of the arm.

   Absolutely beautiful. Best glass armor on the Nexus. Would you consider making a semi transparent version? Nothing that would allow you to see the body though. :)

   Is the Standalone set placed in the worldspace anywhere? Or is the console the only way to acquire it?

   Excellent design but for some reason it only works with the regular glass in amidianborn glass, not with the thalmor or other variants. I tried copying the mesh from the mod file to the mesh folders of the amidianborn variants but this resulted in the variants all having the same texture as normal glass. Any idea how to fix this?

      it's a long way to go.
      you have to install NifScope (properly) and, for each file of the armor:
      - open the nif file
      - browse in the brenches (upper left panel) to reach each BSLightingShaderProperty and for each of them:
      - - open the BSShaderTextureSet branch
      - - in the lower left panel edit each texture set path pointing to "texture/armor/glass/..." and paste there the correspondinf path and file name of the aMidianBorn texture.
      In total its some dozens edits to do...
      
      OR
      
      you can install the mod:
      aMidianBorn BookOfSilence - Truly Light Glass (F) by jinncrazey improved features for the standalone version of this armor
      (link in the description page of this mod) doing exactly what you are trying to do (follow carefully the installation instructions).
