I've made some adjustments to Realistic Wildlife Loot mod for personal use. If anyone is interested, send me a private message and I will share it. Here are the changes: »»» It now requires Dawnguard DLC; »»» Valley Sabrecat and Valley Deer now have meat in their loot table;
Special Edition? SPEciAL eDITion?! SPECIAL EDITION?!
But seriously, you ever gonna port this over? I love this mod, but I've moved on from Oldrim for reasons of stability and a steam sale (xD), and really miss this already.
Great idea and good implementation, but as it didn't really work with Campfire/Frostfall's fire side cooking system- in this you have to add salt to EVERYTHING and use the cooking pot, not just sear stuff, I've uninstalled. A Campfire patch for this would be awesome, shame it's been so long since an update.

That's not my compatibility issue, as I am sure you're glad to note.
No, my question's the *other* pain in the ass everyone gets asked!
Brace yourself...
Is this getting ported to Special Edition?
(I note that Hunterborn isn't even there, as a side note)
...there. Aren't you glad we survived?
When I go into the cooking menu, I see the option for "bear streak"
The ingredients?
Raw bear meat.
That's it. Just raw bear meat. I have 15 of them. But I can't cook the bear steak.
It only adds the following bear recipes:
-Bear Sausage
-Bear Roast
-Bear Roast, Marinated
"Bear Steak" may be from another mod, and it may be using some other version of added bear meat.
