   Found an error in 0010EB63: EITM - Object Effect.
   
   It should be changed to MS06EnchShieldL32 <---- Not 25, which the Unofficial Patch corrected but gets overridden back to the original error.
   
   Easy enough fix with TES5Edit (or do we use the term Xedit?).

   Ty sooo much. I gave Cicero the shield because it looks great with his jester outfit and it's a bit of a dorky joke given what he says-well whines about the City. Problem is I don't want him to become good with heavy armor and because he was using the shield he was start wearing heavy armor. This mod fixes that! Again TY!

   Y'know, for a crazy moment, I hoped you'd fitted Solitude with a gigantic force-field of some sort. Which would have been awesome!

   Nice mod I always liked the Solitude shield but my character is also a light armor stealth type, but thanks to you
