I'm having some issues that make the sound of the shout to disappear and the slow time has no cooldown, that just means I can't use this mod, which is bad since that blue light + snow + bright enb = instant blindness
Your mod works as advertised, which is great, but it also seems to remove the cooldown from the shout. Is this a necessary side-effect of removing the screen effect or can it be fixed?
I use enough shout cooldown reduction stuff to have the cooldown finish before the shout ends so I can just pretend the cooldown is still there and not use other shouts, but the possibility is there to use other shouts during Slow Time, which seems unintentional and is definitely OP.
Haven't ruled out a mod conflict being the real culprit, but it seems unlikely; if no one else can replicate this I'll check into it.
