   Hi, this is exactly what Ghosus Weaponpack should have been from the start in my humble opinion.

   I noticed recently that there´re a few missing atributes in Green Arrows Bow causing minor issues.
   
   1. WPNBashBowImpactSet [IPDS:000193C6] is missing at "BIDS - Block Impact Data Set"
   2. Speed is set to 0.56 causing it to be half that slow as normal bows. I recommend a speed around 0.9375 causing it to be as fast as a hunting bow.
   3. "Base VATS To-Hit Chance" atribute is set to 0. All bows have usually a value of 5 here.

      Maybe, why not With a bit of time I could expand this improvement to all Ghosus weapons/armors mod
      
      Problem is I have a very poor internet connection, so it will take long before I'm able to upload them, unfortunately
