I think they are adorable, I would like for them both to be followers. The one complaint I have is that in the next update can you make it so they don't bark? I have the mod "shut up dog" which works on every other dog but them. It is just annoying. Other wise I love these two!
Yes they are essential, and I will have to test them with AFT to check compatibility.
EDIT: Just did a quick test, and they are not compatible with AFT. The AFT dialog shows up along side their custom dialog, which results in some options being duplicated. and the multiple followers works, but which ever husky was following first, their dialog disappears all together(not sure if bug with my mod or conflict with AFT.) I will do more testing later to get better results for you.
