Back when dragons ruled over Skyrim, there was some people on the rabble that worshipped the them, those would form the Draconic Brigand.
They were fearsome warriors ready to fight and destroy anyone that would dare oppose their powerful masters.
They used to forge and use this war axe as their main weapon, the dragon torso carved on the axe was a symbol of intimidation and fear to their foes.
After the reign of the dragons ended, the Draconic Brigand were hunted down by the Blades, those who survived just abandoned their duties and disappeared, scattering across Tamriel. Most of their weapons were also destroyed, so this traitorous order would dissapear from the annals of history.

This weapon is based on the Brigand Axe from Dark Souls.
I slightly made the weapon smaller compared to the original weapon, so it could fit Skyrim more properly.
Features
- Increased stagger output
- Can be forged(under steel category) and tempered.
The Axe can be found at Gjukar's Monument near Whiterun(see video for more details), or you can simply craft it under Steel Category
