Satella, the Witch of Envy from the anime Re:Zero, now as an ECE preset. Or just Emilia.

INSTALL THIS PRESET MANUALLY

 Satella, the fearful half-elf witch who is the main antagonist in the anime Re:Zero, now can walk across Skryim. Since she's nearly identical to Emilia, this preset can fit to her also. She's a Breton (closest race to the Half-Elf concept).

The Eyes of Beauty PLAYER
Fair Skin Complexion
KS Hairdos Renewal

How to install:
Download manually and extract the slot file to Documents/My Games/Skyrim/CME_save
Start the game and go into the character creation menu (console command: showracemenu)
Set race to Breton and load Slot 7.
