edit: I believe the nature of MO ini being in another location may be the cause. I've already moved on to many more mods, may try again in the future. ------ I followed the instruction, I believe.
I got Vivid Weathers, unchecked the esp. Got the Snowfall Weathers. Moved ENB files to skyrim folder. Got up to date ENB binaries. Got the ENB particle patch (it isn't named like it says in the installation btw)
Only other mods are SKSE, SkyUI, and Alternate start. I've confirmed it is the ENB that is the issue.
Skin looks glazed or incredibly dried out, and there is some weird dirt mist around me when outside.
