    I'm planning on doing a more comprehensive and balanced overhaul of the enchanting and loot system which I'll be uploading as a separate file, however I might consider updating this mod with some minor balancing tweaks since simply doubling the power isn't always the best solution. It's going to depend partially on how much interest there is in this mod. However, in the new overhaul I won't be editing staves or religious amulets (at least not in the main file).

    FAQ

    Q: This is overpowered

    A: That's not a question...This mod is balanced for vanilla, but even so, some enchantments are still overpowered. It's like using a butcher's knife instead of a scalpel. I plan on doing a more balanced and comprehensive overhaul of both enchanting and the loot system.

    Until then, you might want to look into one of the recommended mods at the bottom of the description which make high level items rarer. I can go into more specifics about the new overhaul if someone is interested.

    Q: I'm interested

    A: Do you not know what Q&A stand for? The new mod will
    -Affect the perk tree, enchantments on loot and those done by the player.
    -Enchanting will be less profitable and less powerful end-game, but less grindy and more viable early game (my extra effects mod is a step in that direction)
    -Weak enchantments will be buffed and other enchantments will be nerfed

    Q: I tried disenchanting some items and they were weak AF

    A: Question and ans...This mod doesn't affect enchanting (other than the buffed damage magicka/stamina optional file) as enchanting is already powerful enough.

    Q: This doesn't work. Enchantments are the normal strength.

    A: You probably have another mod that changes the same thing. Put my mod below it if you want my changes instead.

    Q: My other mod doesn't work. You probably have another mod that changes the same thing. Put that below my mod if you want their changes.

    Q: Is the Unofficial Skyrim Patch really needed?

    A: I'm not sure. I tried to implement some of the changes since they fix vanilla bugs and I didn't want to break those fixes.

    Q: What about USLEEP? I don't have the DLCs so I don't know. Hopefully most of the fixes carried over into that new patch.

    Enchantments are already very overpowered in the vanilla game so I'll pass.

      You're talking about the loot system? I'm not disagreeing with you. I'm just looking for feedback as I'm planning on doing a more comprehensive and BALANCED overhaul.
