Does this mod works for the player point of view?

I love this mod and have used it for some time, but... Assassins

I have lowered the enemy flee level to 20% and a 1/3rd of their life left before fleeing and some bandits/whoever flee on meeting these criteria.
Assassins however, jump out at my lil' fella, immediately decide against it and leggit yelling "I yield, I yield"... Now that ain't their job, they're here to kill him no matter what the level, and if they are too low a level, why in gods name did they get sent out?
So, my question is... Can I fix this through configuration/creation kit* manipulation or do I need to download a 'more hardy' Assassins mod?

*work in the scripting department is not my forte... I'd likely need a walkthrough and a walking frame!

Good mod, I have made it work. However midway with some mods now the MCM doesn't load and stopped working.

This happened to me. Did you ever find a way to fix it?

Yes I did, don't remember how, but I probably just disabled the ESP, saved game without the mod and activated again so the MCM re-registers the menu. Load order is also important.

But I don't use this mod anymore. It's good, but I recall some folk saying here its unsafe. So I switched to knockout mod on SE which works for LE, and it has some patches for surrender mods like defeat or enemy captives. Hope it helped.

I have noticed this happens only, for my game anyways, when you attempt to save while there are still hostile enemies in the area and/or your followers are hostile towards an enemy. So I try to make sure I have no combat hostile enemies in the area and then make a save. When I reload the save, I just make sure the MCM is working for Combat Surrender and I am good to go.

looks great. i'm wondering how this handles the respawn of actors that have surrendered. i used a yield mod before and if an actor yielded, then subsequent respawns of that actor (which could be completely different sex race ect) would also respawn as non aggressive actors. so upon going into a cave where a bandit had surrendered months before, the respawn of that bandit would also be non aggressive. kinda got annoying lol
does this mod do the same?

I have played with this mod for quite awhile now, very much enjoy it. Nicely customizable Yield settings though the MCM. I have not noticed that behavior that you describe for the other yield mod occurring with Combat Surrender. When I have returned to bandit areas that I have cleared out quite some game days ago, where the lower level bandits ended up surrendering immediately, because I had two powerful followers with me. Now I returned with no followers, and I have a mod that adds extra bandits to the cell, I had several lower level bandits try to gang up and attack me. But when I took down a couple of the lower level bandits, now some of the other lower level bandits tried to flee or surrender. Or sometimes, the lower level enemy will start to take out their weapon and realize, uh-oh, bad decision and proceed to surrender and/or flee.

Even with some higher level enemies that I was having a good battle with, but then they chose to surrender when their health was getting low, and I chose to show them mercy and let them survive. When I returned to that area several days later, the higher level enemy had their behavior reset and chose to battle again.
Another option with this mod is you enable/disable through the MCM.

However, another nice option if your character is not feeling merciful, is you can attempt to talk to the surrendering enemy and have a dialogue choice to have them come over and kneel before you, then if you want to you can execute them. But sometimes they will just be very surly and cranky towards you when you attempt dialogue, but they won't attack, just not so friendly dialogue. Now if you attack fleeing or surrendering enemies you won't get a murder chalked up against you, but it will count as an assault, but with no crime bounty.

Also, if I have followers with me and the enemy surrenders or flees and I choose not to continue to attack, my followers also show mercy and stop their attacks.

It is a must have mod for me, offers a variety to combat situations. Instead of having all enemies attack you all the time, maybe you clear out the tougher enemies and show the lower level enemies some mercy. Or maybe you showed some mercy to a higher level enemy and a few minutes later they change their mind and decide they want to battle some more. Adds a bit of comedy also, I had a couple enemies surrender and flee, I cleared out the area and headed off back to a city having completely forgotten about them, then there they were cowering behind a larger boulder. They were still in flee mode and ran off screaming when I happened upon them, haha!!

However, don't make a save if their are hostile enemies nearby. When you reload the game, the MCM of this mod will be blank and the mod will not be functioning. Then you will have to start back at a previous save before the mod glitched or uninstall and run save cleaner utility then reinstall and continue on your current save. So I just make sure that my character and any followers are out of combat and not hostile before saving.

How will this work if you have a follower with you?, will the follower ignore that they have surrender and kill them or?

Followers stop attacking. They acknowledge surrender, and I'm sure there's even an option for that in the MCM.

Is there a mod like this that when you render a person, you can force him to dance for you or pose?

I'm not able to talk to the NPC's that run away. I've tried bandits, I've tried the Imperials escorting that Stormcloak prisoner after I shot him.. I can't see why I wouldn't be able to. Is there an option in the menu somewhere that I've overlooked that turns this off?

Hello. How do I install v2.0.0 if updating is advised against? Deactivate the mod, make a clean save, use save cleaner, then install the new version? Thanks.

As the author said in the changelog:

      "To update:
Let me be clear. I DO NOT advise updating to 2.0.0, because there are too many function transfers and property changes. If you do this, well... I envy your courage. Godspeed.

Make sure you don't have any victims.
      Exit Skyrim.
Clean your game using script cleaner if you had troubles with the mod.
      Update files.
      Play."
