While I don't currently have any plans to update this file (and I don't even have Enderal installed at this point), if anyone does feel like updating it, I'd be happy host the updated file here or even have someone take over this page. Feel free to shoot me a private message if this interests you.
Here's a couple of helpful pieces of advice for anyone looking to convert a mod to work with Enderal.
Beds & Bedrolls: If you'd like to be able to sleep in a mod-added bed in Enderal, you need to add the _00E_BedScript to its FURN (Furniture) record. If the mod uses a vanilla bed, you should be able to drag and drop the script from Skyrim.esm using TES5Edit. Otherwise, you'll need to attach the script to your bed using the Creation Kit.
Armor & Equipment: Enderal changes the FormIDs of the NordRace and ReduardRace records (used for the Half Arazealean and Half Qyranian races, respectively), which can result in mod-added gear not appearing on characters of these races. To fix this, replace the existing entries for these races in the "Additional Races" section of the mod's ARMA (Armor Addon) records with RedguardRace "Half Qyranian" [RACE:00033898] and NordRace "Half Arazealean" [RACE:00033899].
I just attempted it and as far as I can tell, my game doesn't even know I installed Campfire. It didn't show up in the MCM or in my spellbook sooo... I have fiddling to do! I'll let ya'll know how it goes. I suspect user error.
FASTEST UPDATE EVER: Maybe I was just blind the first time but it's there now (not in the MCM; the options are listed as a spell). Just in case anyone has this problem, here's what I did: removed both campfire and the patch completely. Re-downloaded both using the "download with mod manager" button. (I did these two steps because I have been playing with install directories and I thought I might have fudged it up that way). Using Vortex, when I selected to install them, it gave me a warning that they belong to a different game (since it manages Enderal separately from skyrim). But it had the option to install for the currently managed game (i.e. enderal). So I clicked the button to go ahead installing for enderal. ***Remembered to press the "deploy mod" button in vortex*** When I started my game at this point, I did NOT see the menu or the spell but I'm not sure if I was just in too much of a hurry. In any case. I removed both, again. This time I downloaded both manually and then installed from the file directly. AND REMEMBERED the deploy mod button! When I started my game, it worked. SO either I was blind and I didn't need to re-re-install or for some reason, the game/vortex didn't handle it being designed for skyrim but installed for enderal the automatic way.
Can you confirm then, explorerpupper, that the Campfire 1.11 for Skyrim not only shows up but works as expected when installed to Enderal: Forgotten Stories together with this patch?
Or did you notice any strange Campfire behaviour while playing?
Major necro, but just downloaded both Campfire and this patch. Installed, managed load order, loaded into the game, crafter rough bedding from wolf pelts, placed it down, and slept in it. All works like a charm, except I'm not sure if the placement warning about "it's not legal to camp here" is actually working correctly. All on SE version of Enderal Forgotten Stories from Steam. In any case this mod does what I needed it to do and more, thanks a lot. I can't make my CK work with Enderal SE so can't really port it properly to SE but it works as is and I'm glad it does.
Thanks for the comment! Great to hear it still works.
Yeah, I recommend disabling the "Camping Illegal in Settled Areas" option in Campfire's MCM. From what I recall, Enderal gutted the vanilla crime system so there wasn't much left to work with.
I can only build the tent and bedroll and lay or sit on it but can't sleep as the sleep timer doesn't come up, gathering branches works but can't light a fire either. A real shame as use Campfire all the time in Skyrim. Installed both Campfire and this patch in MO2 via download with MO2 and manually and can't get it to work.
EDIT 9/11/21 I hope anyone can update this for Forgotten Stories, I wish it worked there are so many areas I would love to camp at but can't.
I'm using the latest version of Campfire and I'm unable to sleep in any of the Campfire-placed beds. Opening the mod up with TES5Edit, it shows that this patch is overwriting the bedroll and applying the _00E_BedScript to it... so I'm not sure what's going on. Any thoughts?
PSA: If you're using MOD ORGANIZER and named your overwrite files/base Enderal files as "Enderal" take a second to see what you might be overwriting when installing a mod. This mod's name begins with Enderal, thus it will be the first name autogiven when installing it, prompting you to overwrite it unless you rename it in the prompt. Don't be an idiot like me and completely remove 20+ minutes of install files plus the updates. Simple mistake that can be avoided by taking the time to see what named files are in your order. Can't wait till enderal releases on steam to avoid this further. T__T

Some people claim it does and others don't, so i couldn't find a definitive answer for myself.
