Hadn't checked this page in a while. You probably won't read this but just in case you do, its probably SMAA. Its known to affect text. Turn it down/disable it in injector.ini or download the non SMAA version.
Hey man, JustAnotherENB fan here lol. As such, I definitely like the style you're going for. Your pics look great, can't wait to try them out!
I see you have custom weathers with this preset, so I'm assuming it's incompatible with any weather mods? I'm not complaining, I'm actually kind of looking forward to not worrying about a separate weather mod and all the compatibility issues therein...just wanted to make sure.
Also, are you using a particular interior lighting mod with this?
Hey khyloskye, nice to hear from you again man :) Thanks a lot.
No dude, not using any lighting or weather mods. Just plain old vanilla. It might work with some but probably won't look like the pics. Since this was my first time messing with custom weathers, I decided against any weather/lighting mods. Vanilla Skyrim has plenty of different weathers itself and something like COT adds a million more.
Of course if you are using MO, you can easily install/uninstall the weather/lighting mod of your liking to quickly check if it looks fine with it.
Also, like I've mentioned in the description, I was planning on adding a preset with DOF/AO but sold my card and haven't bought a replacement yet so nothing I can test with right now but if you want those effects I can point you to the required files.

I personally use this whenever I want a bit of DOF especially for screenshots - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/54553/?
Very good DOF imo. Just the right amount - no too much, not too less. Works great for both normal gameplay and screenshots.

Anyway, looking forward to this.
