Fixed a logic error that made it possible to have both abilities...
Remove ability option now removes both forms of the ability.

-Added a toggle for the hit force. When disabled, it adds a "lite" version of the spell that gets rid of the script for the onHit() Event which seemed to cause stack dumps for some (even me)
-Made the spell visible in your active effects menu
