So what you have to do is open your skyrim folder located in steam, for example mine is like this Storage(D - SteamLibrary - Steamapps - Skyrim Now open the Ki blast file, its in the miscellaneous area for download. Open 'Dragon ball bat' and go into ki blast to grab the other spell named 'Add the spell' Put it into your SKYRIM FOLDER, NOT THE DATA section in the Skyrim foler. Load the game Open console command Bat dragonball Should work as it worked for me.
