I was lamenting this problem just the other day. With the bar right in the middle, it resembles a normal distribution and heavily belies the actual amount of health remaining: it feels as though the brain automatically wants to assign "mass" to the centrally-distributed amount and "space" to the empty proportion, suggesting that the empty proportion is much smaller than it actually is. After all, when looking at it, you will see one half of the emptiness on either side, but the full health bar in the middle, thereby naturally overestimating your remaining health by 33% (at 50% health) until within an inch of your life.
This mod fixes the awful healthbars in a fantastic way and I absolutely love it. I cannot thank you enough for making this mod!
Another thing that bothers me about this game is the abomination that is the crosshair, but a lot of minimal crosshair mods don't work with this mod. The only mod that I have found to work is Minimal HUD LITE (And judging by that mod's description, the full version is probably not compatible with this mod).
I love this mod dearly and have used it for quite some time, but I only just now noticed that it causes the HUD to become invisible when you draw a weapon or spell on horseback. It's a minor bug, but I figured it was worth letting you know.
I don't know what causes that, but I did read somewhere it had something to do with hud mods. (i think, take it with a grain of salt) I use iHud so my hud is disabled anyway so I never really noticed.
Doesn't seem to work for me an I have no idea why. All this mod does is replace a hud element and I don't think I have any other mod that replaces that UI.
I do have a couple UI mods in general though, would be nice to know if any of them could be causing conflicts. Immersive HUD, Less Intrusive HUD, iActivate, skyUI obvs, ExtendedUI...I wouldn't think these would override the changes from this mod though, except for maybe Less Intrusive HUD since it has options to change the health bar, but I've deactivated it and it hasn't fixed it. Even enemy health bars don't change for me.
Really cool mod. The more dots version really helps me understand my health bar better. Cool title too. Noticed it's not compatible with simple crosshair though (understandably so). Still, any chance I could get a way to get these two to work together?

EDIT: Noooooooooooooooo :(
Not compatible vith easy colored map marker. It's one of those two mods only.
