Install with a mod manager or manually, doesn't matter which one. Active the plugin. Run LOOT. Make sure to install the update 1.2!!
Overwrite/replace the previous .esp with this one. Fixes the issue where followers would get stuck in the bedroom. Also includes all data from the previous update. Apologies that this fix took so long!
