Fantastic work. This must have taken hours to do. I thank you very much and don't let these guys get to you, they must be new. I love Bat files, I use them all the time.
I hate to say this because I assume you did this for good intentions, also props for extracting all this. However, I believe this mod is illegal. This mod is essentially giving people who don't own the DLC free content which Bethesda charges for. Or does it require the DLC because I notice you mention needing the esm's but do they come with this is what Im wondering.
I don't know why you'd think this is illegal, they aren't giving anyone anything that they couldn't get before. It's nothing more than a .txt file that you use in the in-game console to add things to the player's inventory. If you tried using this without the DLCs, you'd either CTD or the DLC items wouldn't appear for you.
When you install Skyrim, the DLC files are not installed unless you own them. Therefore the DLC assets are not available to you in any way. This file cannot give you what you do not already have access to. Ergo, not illegal.
There is no possible way this is illegal. You NEED to have the DLC FIRST, otherwise, these codes won't even parse. Meaning nothing will happen. I'm pretty sure a multi million dollar business wouldn't have codes IN THE GAME that just give you stuff you're supposed to pay for.

Question: Can I run this and sell it all then run it again? And do it over. Using this method to get a good speech level by selling these items over and repeating? Also if i already have some of these items will it give me duplicates or just add what i don't have?
As with any batch file, you can use it over and over. If you just want to sell it, you may as well use the console to add something else. And it will give you duplicates; it is literally just a quicker way of using console commands to add items. :)
So very very useful for me. I can now go and test all my home mods with general stores and make sure everything is working correctly. Your files save me soooooo much time you have no idea. Excellent stuff!!!
