This is wonderful! As with all your mods, it is so good to have the choices you offer us. Everything looks incredible, and will be such an improvement over gray/black/white/sepia Skyrim.
I myself do not use the mod manager! I always just install mode manually!
Usually, I laid out the texture separately. As shown in the pictures. Everyone can choose which variant to put it. One packet can contain textures with different resolutions (eg 512, 1024, etc.). But I warn you about this.
In this mode 'Washed Skyrim - Crates' I specially combine different textures. This gives a more picturesque view.
question here, when i go to install the latest installment of washed skyrim, it always asks me if i want to "upgrade" and i always say no and install regularly, will clicking "yes" make the previous mods invalid, or will they all still work?
So, when you use nexus mod manager, do your washed packs randomize the types you see or is it you get a bunch of different textures but it uses only one unless you manually install?

Yes, if you click on "yes" it would make the other mods invalid. So use them all at the same time you need to click "no"
