While I personally am not a fan of the shield being made of wicker (and wish there was an optional file that made it out of wood instead) I must say that the fact remains: This shield mod goes above others simply because it makes full use of the space available to the user from the back, and I just love that.
It wouldn't be difficult at all to apply a carry weight enchantment to it. I mean... it's a shield, so you couldn't use the vanilla carry weight enchantment, but a duplicate of that enchantment that does work on shields? Sure.
The fact that the shield is storing items wouldn't make it any lighter I think maybe an enchantment that gives the player a tiny bit of health when the shield is stuck by an enemy would be a good idea.
the fact that a backpack stores items wouldn't make the backpack lighter either! but it would logically add a place for more items, at least as immersive as possible. that's why I thought having slots on the back of a shield could increase carrying capacity
okay I will try it then and skyrim romance pretty much places a bunch of guys everywear that cat call you pretty much. also a new voiced companion in a nutshell. i'm guessing it gives the same feel as interesting npc's.
