Just to clarify as I don't see this mentioned in the description, you should NOT use this on mods you are actively using in your game, you will break the mod and your game if you deleted script files from a mod in use. Deleting scripts and scripted files in general from the middle of a save game is one of the quickest ways to break your game and its stability. If a mod has scripts, it generally needs them.
-Use Windows Explorer to browse to the the 'Scripts' folder in the game directory (or where ever your organizer put them) -Open the Mod Archive -Select all the scripts in the Mod Archives 'Scripts' folder. -Extract all the scrips in the Mod Archive and allow for overwrite. -Every script in the mod is now highlighted in the folder since you just overwrote them, so hit the ' Delete' key. -Repeat for the 'Source' subfolder if needed.
