How to remove the scarf:

1. Get Nifskope (it's free)
2. Open cuirass.nif or cuirassF.nif
3. Click on the scarf, the object will be selected in the window to the left
(if you don't see the window, press F2)
4. Right click it in the list, navigate to Block -> Remove Branch
5. Done, now save and exit.

Disclaimer: I never intended for it to be used without the scarf. If it looks odd in any way, don't blame me.
