Glass Sword: Requires 3 Steel ingots. I see what you did there.
There were quite a few duplicates and such in your mod that caused the weapon to show up twice in the crafting list. You also edited the vanilla glass sword to make it require steel ingots to craft. I cleaned your mod and it should work properly now. Here is a link to it. FIRST MOD.esp If you would like I can provide screenshots that show what your mod looked like before and after cleaning.
Well your starting off on a good note, now how about you try making a unique weapon with your own textures and meshes or maybe try adding an enchantment to it, I really cant wait what you are able to do in the future!
