It will, I guess. I don't have the english version, but technically there should be no difference. My simple suggestion is: just try. The mod is script-free, so you can remove it any time you want without damaging your save.
You need to change the esp file name to something without special characters, otherwise enderal and LOOT will "reject" the file. Don't know if the mod itself works, just starting up.
