adds a "Forsworn Dagger" to the forsworn factoin weaponary, for enjoyment and suffering

People of Reach do not have their own daggers. In the name of the Old Gods, this mod fixes it.

You should try to kill any (lvl 15) forsworn or just craft Forsworn Dagger in blacksmith if you have a "Arcane Blacksmth" Perk.
Weapons stats:
- Damage: 10
- Reach: 0.800
- Speed: 2.1
- Crit.damage: 10
- Crit.Chance: 2%
- Stagger: 0.3500
- Value: 33
- Weight: 2.5
